Questions
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, and you do it yourself. Cancel from your billing page in the Tread Connection community. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your data stays.
Is there a refund?
Paid plans are refundable in full if you email jakemauldin@risingcreek.ai within 7 days of your first payment. This covers the first payment only.
